The State of North Carolina VS Amanda Wallace
Amanda Wallace is an ex-CPS Investigator that now empowers families throughout the United States to protest the state-sponsored kidnapping of their children. For her efforts, she is being targeted. Wake County Human Services kidnapped Jean Diona in October of 2020 after his mother was evicted due to loss of income during COVID. His mother, Celine Diona, does not speak English, yet Jean was taken from her without ever providing an interpreter. Ms. Diona went though the whole court process without understanding what was happening and her rights were terminated in May of 2022. Operation Stop CPS was made aware of this injustice and began activating the community to Respond in March of 2023. In an attempt to silence the truth, this system has weaponized the criminal justice system against Amanda, the Founder of Operation Stop CPS.
In order to fight the power, you have to make some Good Trouble!-Amanda
THE FACTS
The State of NC is watching Operation Stop CPS's website therefore only a brief synopsis of the facts are being provided. All other facts and evidence will come out during Court.
Amanda Wallace worked for Wake County Human Services from Feb 14, 2018-May 28, 2021. Amanda was terminated on May 28, 2021 after launching Operation Stop CPS. Wake County stated that educating families on their rights was incompatible with public service and detrimental to the County. This decision confirmed the need for an organization like Operation Stop CPS.
In April of 2022, Operation Stop CPS began to put pressure on the North Carolina system by protesting and calling the community to action to demand the return of children.
The State retaliated in May of 2022 when Amanda received a call from Detective, William DelCarmen, with the NC State Bureau of Investigations. He stated that he could not tell Amanda what the alleged charge was, but stated that her prior employment with Wake County was under investigation.
Amanda was able to secure legal counsel who spoke to Detective DelCarmen who stated that they did not have a case at this time and that the current Wake County District attorney, Nancy Lorrin Freeman, was pushing for charges to be taken out. After this conversation... Amanda heard nothing else from Detective DelCarmen UNTIL April 25, 2023, one month after Amanda supported the Diona family in Wake County to push for answers regarding Jean's kidnapping.
On April 25, 2023, over 8 armed officer from the SBI and Durham County Sheriff's office surrounded Amanda's home and terrorized her family for hours by banging on the door and windows. The officers never produced a warrant but stated that a Grand Jury had indicted Amanda on one county of accessing a government computer in May of 2021. The important thing to remember is that Amanda was a government employee with full access to her computer at the time.

The community responded to Amanda's home and the officers retreated. Amanda turned herself in on April 26, 2023 and is currently out on bond and awaiting a court date to fight these retaliatory charges.
We know WHY this is happening and we are calling on the community to TAKE ACTION to FIGHT BACK.
